Natasha Vaughn-Jackson is an accomplished early childhood education leader with over four decades of experience shaping high-quality learning environments and championing the development of young children and their families. In addition to being a degreed educator, she is credentialed as a Child Development Program Director through the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing. Over the course of her career, Natasha fulfilled multiple classroom and education leadership roles including serving as an Early Learning Center Manager with the Long Beach Unified School District's Head Start, Early Head Start, First 5 LA School Readiness, and Community Childcare Partnership programs, where she ensured regulatory compliance, guided teaching personnel on best practices, and led efforts to deliver meaningful family engagement and quality early learning experiences. She has served as an Adjunct Instructor at Pacific Oaks College, teaching undergraduate early childhood education courses aligned with NAEYC standards and mentoring the next generation of child development professionals. A recognized leader in her field, Natasha is a recipient of the 2017 Outstanding Administrator Award from the Teachers Association of Long Beach and has contributed to the published book A Head Start on Science: Encouraging a Sense of Wonder. Her career reflects an unwavering commitment to equity, excellence, and the transformative power of early education.
