Trinidad Harris is a dedicated family services leader with over 30 years of experience empowering vulnerable children, families, and communities through education, advocacy, and compassionate leadership. She has built her career across respected institutions, including Foothill Family Services and the Long Beach Unified School District's Head Start and Early Head Start programs, where she has served in progressively senior roles spanning family services supervision, program management, and home-based visiting supervision. Trinie is known for her ability to lead and develop high-performing teams, design and facilitate impactful training programs, and build meaningful community partnerships — all in service of equitable early childhood education and family well-being. Her expertise spans program governance, reflective supervision, male engagement, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and compliance with federal and state regulatory standards.
