As the founder of Momentum Leadership Group, my commitment to serving mission-driven organizations and education programs is rooted in decades of experience as an educator and program administrator. I understand the constant tension leaders carry - making high-stakes decisions, setting ambitious goals, and protecting quality while still meeting the needs of children, families, staff, and the community. When leadership capacity is stretched thin, quality doesn’t just dip—it stalls. Momentum Leadership Group exists to reduce that strain by strengthening the people, systems, and practices that keep programs steady, responsive, and results-driven without losing sight of purpose.
